Series: Hard Questions

How to Read the Bible?

January 13, 2013 | Dr. Doug Hucke

The Bible is divinely inspired, with important truths for us despite temporal/cultural/geographic divide between modern American Christians and the ancient cultures to whom it was directlyaddressed. Even long-time biblical scholars wrestle with some passages, but there are some helpful guidelines for contextual understanding, crawing on N.T. Wright's description of the Bible as a story in 5 acts.
