Passage: Acts 2:14-21
"Go, therefore, and make disciples" is our mission statement. f we as a congregation are about anything else, we have completely missed the point. Our orientation is outward ,not inward-- we are missional by design. Discipleship is about transforming people into what God would have them become. When God transforms you, you will have a new capability to give of yourself. No matter how young or old you are, there is something you can do as a follower of Jesus. If you allow the Holy Spirit to transform you, you too will be able to leave the safety of your little world and will see God do new and amazing things.
Series Information
As subjects of the King, our calling is to make every day Serve Day until Christ returns. The Kingdom has come but it is not complete--it will only be complete when Jesus returns. Until then, we are charged with working with the Spirit in Kingdom work. We have work to do.
