I Believe in God, But Stay Out of My Sex Life!

November 17, 2013 | Dr. Doug Hucke

We have become a sexualized culture, and this is obvious in our moral reasoning about sex. As a society we once considered sex outside of marriage as morally wrong, but we now believe our sexuality defines who we are, and personal fulfillment is what matters. Theologian Dale Kuehne reminds us that, biblically, sex an expression of relationship rather than self-fulfillment. Christianity is about relationship--we were created for relationship with God and with others.

Series Information

This series is based on Craig Groeschel's book, "The Christian Atheist," which addresses the disconnect between our belief in Jesus and the way we live our lives. What are talking about for the next month is not a bunch of rules about how to live your life. God is interested in how you live your life because he's really after your heart.
